What is the turnaround time for items?
I do not house inventory, so each item is made to order. Therefore, orders are typically ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Transit time for USPS shipping is typically 2-3 business days. These ship times can extend due to holiday rush or times when I am out of the shop. If this is the case, I will let customers know in the shop announcements above.

What if I have an issue with my order?
Please message me FIRST if you realize there has been an issue with your order. If your issue arrives via an item review, I will not be as inclined to fix the issue.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What is the makeup bag made of, and how do I care for it?
Our makeup bags are made of cream-colored, heavy cotton canvas. They are sturdy and thick, but soft and easy to use. Zippers are smooth, high-quality metallic gold. Spot clean only, though! These are not meant to be washed.

Our garden flags are made of a natural-colored, linen-look polyester, therefore, they are cute but sturdy and will withstand the elements. They won't shrink or warp. Spot clean only, though! These are not meant to be washed.
